All Sales Are Final. Once a purchase is made and access to the course is granted, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be provided, regardless of the reason.
Due to the digital and instantly accessible nature of our courses, all payments made to DarkHex are non-refundable. This applies to, but is not limited to:
We may, at our sole discretion, review requests involving duplicate payments, verified technical failure preventing course access that we are unable to resolve, or unauthorized transactions. Any such request must be raised within 48 hours of purchase along with valid proof (payment receipt, screenshots, transaction ID). Approval of any exception is at DarkHex's sole discretion and does not set a precedent for future requests.
If you are unable to access your purchased course due to a technical issue on our end, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. This is treated as a support matter and not a refund request.
In the rare event that DarkHex cancels or discontinues a course after purchase, affected students will be offered either an equivalent alternative course or a full refund, at our discretion.
